I took my brand new car (Mazda CX-5-2026) to have a front end wrap. Having not a lot of information about what I needed, I was gently guided by Samantha on my options and what is best for how much I drive. - my needs exactly! The service at this shop is amazing, the actual wrap, goodness it took me a while to see it as it is flawless. It is now just over a month later and I am showing people how happy I am that I used their service! The wrap is still flawless and I would throughly recommend them. Thank you for helping me out and for the amazing work ethic that shows on my brand new car! (Or should I say doesn’t show? As it’s perfect) I will definitely not only use your services again, I 100% recommend them.

I'm sure they do great work here. But I've tried to work with Ultimate Auto Protection Inc on multiple occasions and each time they've essentially declined the jobs. I find the owner, Renee to be friendly on the surface, but ultimately dismissive and frankly not customer service oriented. I'd love to be proven wrong but it shouldn't be so difficult to get PPF installed. I've decided to return to other shops that are simply easier to deal with for my PPF installs and not having to navigate hoops to jump through or extra surprises.

I had an unfortunate incident,with some hard water on my hood impossible to get off. Went to place after place finally found this brilliant place! employees were amazing! so nice and so kind to me my car looks amazing now, I will definitely be using them again and coming back for more work, I recommend this place highly, go there if you need something done. They know their stuff, can answer any questions. Professionalism is amazing, definitely lgbtq 2s+ friendly.🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 Unlike some places.The price is reasonable not going to break your Bank account. Even offered me car I could use while mine was being worked on.
