Custom Driven

Brought my Lexus NX350h all the way from PG to get it fully customized from the team at Custom Driven. They did a full chrome delete, window tint, front end ppf and ceramic coating within 2 days. Clarence was super easy to communicate with and explained everything perfectly. The pricing was very reasonable. At the shop Adrian helped guide me through the whole process. I couldn’t have been more happy with the results and will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

These guys are the best. Clarence has first class customer service mentality and goes above and beyond for his clients. I’ve had 3 vehicles done by them now after previous shops were a disaster and warranty was denied, etc. The quality of work and attention to detail with custom is great to begin with, but then the level of accountability to fix anything that goes wrong, even when it’s not their fault, is next level. I would recommend to anyone. If you’re comparing with other shops, trust me, just go here, your quote will be reasonable and you won’t be disappointed.

I Initially had my car wrapped here in 2022 and left it with them for about a month as I lived out of town. They seem to be over busy and maybe not able to handle scheduling properly. You definitely get the feeling that they target their work to high end luxury vehicles only as they did not do any basic paint prep/ surface prep/ claybar prior to wrapping my car as many shops offer. Because of this, any paint contamination will show through the wrap. Besides that, my wrap was lifting all over the front bumper when I got home and they said it didn’t cure long enough, I guess a month isn’t enough time? I had to bring it back to Richmond from Kelowna over a long weekend as a major inconvenience to have it fixed under warranty and was left less than impressed with the repair. I was told again that it didn’t have time to cure. I now have to pay to re-graphene coat my bumper at my own cost.
