I wanted tint to reduce glare during long highway drives, but keeping an OEM+ appearance was just as important. After researching a number of shops, I decided to trust Raj with the job. I was leaning toward a darker front tint, but Raj recommended staying legal and told me to leave it with him. I'm really glad I listened. The shade complements the factory privacy glass perfectly, and the finished result looks like it could have come off the line. The installation is flawless, the attention to detail is excellent, and the service was 10/10 from start to finish. I'd recommend Raj to anyone looking for quality work.

I called beforehand to explain exactly what I wanted, but after they detailed my car, I completely regretted it. Honestly, when I clean my car myself, it looks much better than what they did. I was even pointing out spots they didn’t touch properly, and instead of listening, he kept raising his voice and didn’t want me to speak. The moment I mentioned leaving an online review, he suddenly said he wasn’t the one who cleaned the car and that the employee who did it had already left. That’s not my concern. My concern is that the job should be done properly, especially when people are paying for the service. I shouldn’t have to point out basic areas that still need cleaning — they should already know what their job requires. To make things worse, I almost got into an accident just a few hours after the detailing. It’s not even winter, so there’s no reason my windshield should have been that blurry. Whatever chemicals were used on the glass were terrible. He also complained that I only paid for the regular package, saying that’s why there wasn’t much difference, but paying $270 should still mean I receive quality service and see the value for my money. Even if I had paid for the luxury package, I honestly believe the result would have been the same. I regret spending almost $300 for such poor service, and what made the experience even worse was the fact that he wouldn’t even allow me to express my concerns properly. Some of the pictures were taken there, while others were taken immediately after I drove away on my way home when I noticed even more stains. The inside mirror was really bad — everything was blurry. I had to clean it myself because I couldn’t even stand driving around with it that dirty. I don’t even have kids yet, so it’s not like I could say children stained it. I live alone. I edited the pictures because I realized I had posted the ones before detailing. The pictures there now are after detailing, but honestly, the “before” looked better than the “after”

I recently had to get my head lights re-tinted because the last shop I went to did such a terrible job and refused to give me a refund. I guess quality isn’t part of their job. My tint was left with bubbles and started peeling off at the corner of the light. However, I’m glad I contacted Raj at In & Out Auto and he did such a fantastic job on re-installing my tint and polishing it to look brand new again! What a difference… this is my second time getting work done from him and really takes pride in his work. The results look professional and sharp. He is very friendly, and got the job done quickly without any hassle. Highly recommend for quality service, fair and reasonable price too.
