The worst business and customer service I have ever seen in this province. Requested for a poster printed today and asked for the editorial edits and got promised printed at the end of the day and if not will in the morning. But 2-3 days later after I sent out an email to remind them. He said that the poster already printed out and nothing he can’t do with the edits. He also said I would have to pay for the second time if I need anything updated for the current poster printing request. So to confirm that they are considered like professional printing services but printed out the product without confirm back to the client for the printing proof or neither replied any things for the clients request on the editorial edits. Not just this type of bad customer service. Next day I came in their store and told them that I should have a confirmation from them that they received the poster and replied to the client’s request on the potential edits and checked if everything is good so the poster is ready to print out? But not of this done by their side. The admin lady there seemed recognized their problem (what they did was wrong and tried to solve the problem). She said the poster will be printed out again with for the final version, and asked for the payment and she kept the first printed poster at their store and ask I can come back in the next morning to pickup the new correct one after I made my payment to them. However, in the afternoon of the same day, she called me and said they couldn’t do anything as her owner/boss said since I requested printing out on the same day (but please note that they not printed it out after 2-3 days later especially after I sent them an email to ask them about the status) so they wouldn’t reprint it again for me, and the man (owner- Blair) emailed back to me said it is best for me to find somewhere else to print my poster which was very bad customer service and rude/behavior). All of what they done for their clients were unacceptable in this country. So I hope everyone should be careful when decided to do this business with them. I would rate them as zero if google has this option.

I've had clear protective film put on a couple places for protection and they did a great job. And reasonably priced. Can't speak for whole vehicle wraps, thus the 4 starts. Very friendly and accomodating staff.

Blair and Fred are a pleasure to deal with. Fred's work is impeccable. I've had hood stripes, chrome deletes, and lens tinting done and it's all been very good work.
