Hooked on Detailing

Had an incredible experience with Hooked on Detailing! Right from the start, Chai at the front desk was so warm, friendly, and respectful—she handled all the initial setup smoothly and is truly the perfect front-line representative for the business. When the XPEL PPF job on my Tesla Model 3 was complete, Paul, the owner, took the time to walk me through everything, answering all my questions with complete patience and zero rush. A true gentleman! Big credit also goes to his incredible shop team—their craftsmanship is top-tier, and the finished look is seamless. They even threw in extra protection for my door handles, sills and luggage area! I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Paul, Chai, and the whole team!

I took my '79 Stingray to them, and with all the curves and contours of that car, I wasn't sure how they could pull it off. When I got it back, I was blown away it looked absolutely incredible. The quality of work is top-notch, and you truly get what you pay for. Huge thanks to Paul and his team!

Hooked on Detail identified a paint issue on my brand new vehicle once they began the work for a ceramic wrap. Paul explained the process to fix the issues and was very empathetic to my situation with the dealership. His team was able to correct the paint issue without having to repaint. Paul and his team are very knowledgeable and professional and the technician treated my vehicle like it was his own. I’m extremely pleased with HOD and all the staff and highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.
