Mark & his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were friendly, professional, and delivered their services with genuine care and attention to detail. Their pricing is also very competitive and fair for the quality provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, dependant quality service! Fair prices, nice friendly people, but took 3 visits to wrap my mirrors. The first visit the owner acknowledged that the mirrors had PPF (clear protective wrap) so we agreed they would remove it to ensure the wrap installed well. The day of install the shop forgot and wrapped over the existing PPF which caused issues, bubbling and lifting. Second wrap PPF was removed but after a few days it started lifting again. There was a month or so in between the 2nd and 3rd visit where I didn’t hear back to reschedule. In the end we couldn’t wrap the full mirrors we had to opt to partial wrap it. Turned out well in the end but these are fairly standard mirrors (Acura integra). I think they specialize in more flat surfaces. I’m happy with the result, the process was just inefficient for time (both for them and myself). No guest wifi in wait area. ChatGPT suggested 2 stars: Three visits for something as small as wrapping side mirrors is well below industry standard. A competent shop should finish that in one visit unless there’s a very unusual complication.

Great experience with Jay here! Had signs done for my new business and he is fantastic to work with, he replies quickly, came in with competitive pricing and did some samples to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I’d highly recommend Jay and his team! Will be back for all my printing and sign needs.
