Actual score I want to give: 4.7/5 ⭐️ stars. Great, overall very happy with their gold package + clay bar service. I recommend it! I was able to schedule an appointment within 1-2 days, which was great since I wanted to get a protective layer (ceramic top coat) on the car asap. My car was very clean already prior to the appointment, so the service lasted only about 1.5-2 hours or so. The end result was great, I am very happy with how clean the car was afterwards, and the ceramic top-coat seems effective thus far (1 week in). Only a few minor complaints I have; I think they missed some parts of the interior (i.e., dash/tach area) that I was hoping to have cleaned - probably because it was mostly clean to begin with; but under stronger/direct lighting, the marks are more obvious. Their garage seemed well lit, but I speculate that not much light reached the dash area of the car, causing the miss. I also saw some obvious watermarks above the taillights, only visible upon opening the trunk. Payment-wise, I'm not familiar with market standards; but I personally didn't like that the card machine tip options were 18%+ by default. Quite high IMO. But the person taking the payment did look away when I reached the page, and I appreciated that lol. Post-sale, I was contacted very frequently being requested to post a review - I understand and respect the hustle, and I did promise to post a review; but it happened a bit too frequently, like spam calls. To be fair, I am posting this review 1 week after, but it has been a busy week for me. Overall, again, aside from these minor complaints, I would 100% go to them again. In addition to everything, I appreciated the very nice photos of the car they provided :) - they almost look AI-enhanced 🤣, I'm not sure. But the car really was that clean. I have a 2018 Audi S4 and was looking for a new driving experience as I've had the car for 6 years and had just beome the car that I drive. I decided to give it a refresh with a nice ceramic coating. I searched several places and found Prestige Auto Detailing which was highly rated, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I met Muhammed in March and felt really comfortable with the experience, so I decided to wait until the weather warmed up a little too get it done. Muhammed walked me through everything they'd take off, and I booked it for end of May 2026. I have to say that I'm genuinely impressed with the workmanship, care taken and timeline. Prestige Auto Detailing did an amazing job on my Audi R8. I had them do Xpel full body paint protection film (PPF), paint correction, and ceramic coating 10 year package, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. The paint looks absolutely flawless now with a deep gloss and mirror finish. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work is top tier. You can tell they truly care about the cars they work on. The PPF installation was super clean and nearly invisible, and the ceramic coating makes the car shine like crazy. I don’t even want to get in and drive it because it’s so perfect. They sent me updates while working on the car which made me gain their trust and their professionalism is amazing.
