Terrible customer service. They made a mistake with pricing and instead of fixing it and or sending me the return sticker once it was brought to their attention, they kept arguing hiw it's not their fault and it's human error. they wanted me to just use the much smaller item as if i dont know what i needed.

Great service from their online store. I had a hard time finding Nanolex Ultra Glass (in my opinion, the very best hydrophobic windshield treatment). I was actually about to import it from Poland. When I finally found Passion Detailing and placed an order, I had it in less than 2 days. Thank you!
