Wow Factor Media

In past dealings with Wow factor they would have had top marks. I hired Wow to design some signage and a vehicle wrap but after waiting a full year I have given up and would not recommend them at all. The initial design was terrible (they did later get rid of that designer) so I outsourced it to a separate designer. I even adjusted my plan to simply get some signs made and sort out the truck wrap later. I couldn’t even get simple signage printed in a timely manner. It shouldn’t take over a month just to print a few corplast signs. So many emails back and forth and so much wasted time. I wish I didn’t feel compelled to post my experience but I’m really frustrated and disappointed. *Edit. Wow factor sent me a full refund on my deposit which did help, and I appreciate Ashleys response. I've adjusted my review accordingly.

Wow Factor media is so creative. They really think outside of the box. Amazing group of people to work with. Our social media has never looked so good!

We hired Wow Factor when our old website was sadly lacking and needed a new look. Wow Factor did not disappoint! The new website has everything we were looking for and the service was fantastic. Loved working with Margaret and the team.
